Hi, I’m Meg Desjarlais. I’m a certified Yoga, Mindfulness, and Breath Coach. My mission is to show people they can manage stress and anxiety without needing a lot of time, experience, or “woo”. Anyone can do it!

I teach the same science-based methods I use to manage mine!

I’ve been living with anxiety for over 30 years, but it’s no longer my enemy.

For more than 20 years, I worked in high-stress corporate jobs and I know how hard it is to balance work, family, life, and the toll it can take on mind and body.

I enjoy working with individuals and companies to design programs that work for them. Watching people experience calm, connecting mind and body, taking wellness breaks at work, changing how they respond to stress; is the greatest reward for me.
