What People are saying…

  • "In the past, I have tried several yoga classes and thought that it just wasn’t for me.  Then I took one of Meg’s classes, and discovered that yoga was, in fact, for me!  She has a lovely way of meeting her clients where they are and expertly, nonjudgmentally guiding them along their own path of practice and progress.  Her soothing voice provides just the right amount of guidance, and she skillfully instructs each client to differentiate the practice to meet individual needs."

  • “Meg is an educated, compassionate individual with a velvety voice that encourages calm. I leave each class feeling positive, having learned something new, and always relaxed. Meg helped me improve my mind/body connection that continues with each session.”
